Do you have any e-bikes for children?
We do not have smaller e-bikes for kids. Our e-bikes are designed for riders 12 years of age or older. All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
Are there any height or weight restrictions?
Our premium e-bikes are designed for people with a minimum height of 130cm and a maximum weight of 105 kg.

What is the payment policy?
All payments are required upfront online upon booking. Payments are non-refundable.
Can I decide to extend my rental?
Yes, pending availability. We want you to be able to continue your adventure, provided the e-bikes are still available after your scheduled rental time. Additional charges will depend on how much extra time you request.
Are here any special group rates?
Please contact our team for group bookings for more than 10 people. We will arrange an exclusive offer.
How should I prepare for my bike ride?
We highly recommend you bring sunscreen and sunglasses. Please also wear comfortable sneakers or cycling shoes instead of flip flops or sandals, which are unsafe on a bike. Bring a charged phone so you can take pictures and use your GPS.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all riders sign a liability waiver before their ride begins.
Can my pick-up location be changed?
Yes. If you’ve chosen a curated or assisted experience, your pick-up and drop-off points are flexible, as long as they are in Dubai and within 20 km of your route. Just let your e-bike facilitator know when and where you would like to be picked up.
Where do I charge my e-bike?
All e-bikes are delivered to you fully charged, so you will not need to charge them.
Can I rent a bike solo?
Yes, if you are opting for a self-guided ride. Curated and assisted experiences are for groups of two or more.
What do I do in the case of a flat tire or any other issue?
In the event of a flat tire or other issue, you should call a member of our team, who will then come to assist you.
Do you offer nigh rides?
Night rides for select routes are available upon request. Contact our team for more details and arrangements.
Can you provide special accessories?
We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please reach out to our team to see what we can arrange.
Can I choose my own e-bike?
All of our e-bike models are subject to availability. If you have a preference, please let our team know, and we will do our best to offer you that e-bike. Remember, all three of our e-bikes are electric, foldable, lightweight, and of the highest quality.
What is the difference between the e-bike models available?
The Madina offers a 30-50 km range while the Sahra and Anaqa each offer a 70 km range. Learn more on our e-bikes page.
