I accept the terms and conditions that Biyiy Electrical Bikes applies to its bike rental operations.
I indemnify Biyiy Electrical Bikes for any loss or damage caused by the rental of the bicycle and/or accessories during the rental term.
I am aware that riding a bicycle is risky, and I take full responsibility for any injuries to myself or other persons. I am aware that I should carry personal insurance. I will inspect the bicycle in the presence of the renter and will only ride it if I am satisfied that it is in good shape.
I am aware that when riding, components like as brakes, tires, and control cables can degrade, and I accept this inherent risk. In addition, I agree to pay for any damages done to the rented bicycle and other equipment while in my possession; furthermore:
- Prior to signing this agreement, I have inspected the bicycle(s) and accessories to ensure that they are in a satisfactory, safe, and
functional condition. - I will not perform any maneuver that exceeds my skill level or is incompatible with the bike’s capabilities.
- I indemnify Biyiy Electrical Bikes in full for any injury to myself or a third party.
- I will give a copy of the statutory papers, such as a police report, to support any insurance claims if I am involved in an accident.
- I certify that I am in good health and that my vision meets the requirements for the driver’s exam. I do not suer from any medical
illnesses or impairments that are likely to impair my ability to control the bicycle normally. - I acknowledge that the use of bicycle helmets is mandatory in the United Arab Emirates, and if I choose not to use one, I take full
responsibility. Biyiy Electrical Bikes can supply a suitable helmet. - I recognize that riding can be risky and am aware of the inherent dangers.
- I consent to receiving the bicycle at Biyiy Electrical Bikes’ location and returning the bicycle and/or accessories to Biyiy
Electrical Bikes’ location, unless otherwise agreed. During transit, I take all responsibility for the correct carriage and maintenance
of the bicycle and/or merchandise. - I accept that Biyiy Electrical Bikes will arrange a collection service in the case of a mechanical problem other than a puncture, but
maintains the right to charge a fee. Additional minutes are 3.50 AED. - I agree to pay the sum agreed upon at the time of hire as well as any additional expenses incurred due to damage to the bicycle.
Biyiy Electrical Bikes maintains the right to evaluate the cost of any such damages through their own service workshop, with
maximum responsibility limited to the full retail price of the bicycle and accessories. - I agree to pay the full retail price for the usage or damage of any oered accessories (Bag, tubes, tyre levers, pump, helmet, etc.).
- I have read and accept the whole Terms and Conditions of this hire agreement.
