1. Assumption of Risk
The participant accepts all risks linked to riding an eBike, including accidents, injuries, collisions, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or interaction with traffic and pedestrians.
2. Release of Liability
The participant releases and indemnifies Biyiy Experiences, its owners, staff, and facilitators from all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising during the tour, except where UAE law requires otherwise.
3. Mandatory Helmet
The participant acknowledges that helmet use is mandatory in the UAE. If the participant refuses to wear one, Biyiy Experiences holds no responsibility for any resulting injuries or fines.
4. Fitness to Ride
The participant confirms they are physically fit and medically capable of riding an eBike. Biyiy Experiences is not liable for incidents related to undisclosed medical conditions.
5. Compliance With Facilitator Instructions
The participant agrees to follow all facilitator instructions at all times. Failure to comply transfers all liability to the participant.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
Tour fees are non-refundable once the tour has begun. No compensation is provided if the participant ends the tour early.
7. Tour Modifications or Cancellation
Biyiy Experiences may delay, modify, or cancel a tour for safety, operational, or environmental reasons.
8. Binding Acceptance
Participation confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
