What To Wear
Shoes
You must wear sturdy trainers, running shoes or completely closed-toe shoes with good grip (flip flops, reefs, sandals, high heels or loose footwear not allowed). You should wear athleisure or comfortable clothing.
Winter
If your experience is during the winter months, do bring a sweater or a jacket as the weather can get quite cold and windy.
Comfort
We suggest you wear long, airy and comfortable clothing. You should protect yourself from the sun but still wear breathable clothing.
